Camps Coordinator

Camps are a vital part of children’s and youth ministry. We run a wide range of weekend and week-long Camps across the UK and Ireland, packed full of memory-making activities, plus brilliant opportunities to explore what Christianity is all about.

We are looking for someone with a passion for providing excellent administrative support combined with a creative outlook who will deliver an outstanding service to our Volunteers involved in Urban Saints Camps.

Salary Range: Up to £22,500 p/a (pro-rata) depending on experience.

Contract: Permanent, starting as soon as possible.

Hours: Part time (18 hours a week)

Location: Hybrid, with 70% time based in Luton office initially.

Office Administrator

Urban Saints Westbrook is our residential centre set in 18 acres of mixed parkland near Ryde, on the beautiful Isle of Wight. The centre provides a safe and fun environment, founded on Christian beliefs so that young people have the opportunity to form genuine and lasting relationships and can express their faith and have the tools to learn more about it.

We are looking for someone who easily builds and maintains supportive relationships, who can work independently and has good administration skills. A strong candidate would be passionate about the mission of Urban Saints, enjoy a coordinating role and will be servant-hearted.

Salary Range: £20,500 to £22,500 pro-rata (depending on knowledge, skills and experience)

Hours: 21 hours a week

Contract: Permanent, starting as soon as possible.

Location: Urban Saints Westbrook Centre, Oakhill Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 1PU. Hybrid working pattern possible after discussion.

North London Support Worker

We are looking for someone to support our North London Impact Team Leader with administration duties, to establish supportive relationships with Urban Saints Group Leaders and to support with the administration of residentials and events. 

Salary: £4,268  pro-rated
Hours: 8 hours a week (flexible hours)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Home-based (within one hour travel of North London)

Regional Prayer Coordinators

Prayer is already at the heart of everything we do but we sense a strong call from God to grow this area of our ministry, raising up increasing prayer cover for the 1000’s of young people and leaders we serve across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for people who love prayer, are highly organised and want to make an impact at a regional level. You will bring the best out of a region in prayer, and be responsible for the support, delivery and development of prayer and prayer groups across a region.

We are particularly looking for Regional Prayer Coordinators to cover the following regions:
