Westbrook Team Leader

Urban Saints Westbrook is our residential centre suitable for church, youth and school groups, set in 18 acres of mixed parkland near Ryde, on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Westbrook provides a safe and fun environment, founded on Christian beliefs so that young people have the opportunity to form genuine and lasting relationships.

We are looking for someone who easily builds and maintains interpersonal relationships to lead and manage the team at Westbrook. You will oversee the team at a pastoral level as well as the team’s work priorities, while nurturing a healthy team culture. The role includes interfacing and building relationships with external organisations who are using, or will potentially use, Westbrook.

Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on knowledge, skills and experience)
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours a week).
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: Urban Saints Westbrook Centre, Oakhill Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO33 1PU.

Regional Prayer Coordinators

Prayer is already at the heart of everything we do but we sense a strong call from God to grow this area of our ministry, raising up increasing prayer cover for the 1000’s of young people and leaders we serve across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for people who love prayer, are highly organised and want to make an impact at a regional level. You will bring the best out of a region in prayer, and be responsible for the support, delivery and development of prayer and prayer groups across a region.

We are particularly looking for Regional Prayer Coordinators to cover the following regions:
