Marketing and Insights Lead

 

The Marketing and Insights Lead will drive Urban Saints’ marketing activity and use data insights to continually improve engagement, reach, and impact across all platforms. This role combines strategic planning with live performance monitoring to ensure our communications are effective and relevant.  

Working closely with the wider communications team, this role will be key to building awareness, increasing sign-ups, and growing engagement with our resources, training, and community. 

 

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Hybrid (primarily home-based but with travel as the role requires).

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000

Content Creator

 

The Content Creator will play a vital role in helping Urban Saints communicate with clarity, creativity, and consistency across all platforms. From video editing and creating social media graphics, to designing resources, brochures, or branded assets, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging content that amplifies our message and inspires action. 

Working closely with the Marketing and Insights Lead and the Communications Coordinator, the Content Creator will shape and deliver high-quality content that supports campaigns, promotes our training and resources, and strengthens Urban Saints’ brand both online and in print.

 

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Hybrid (primarily home-based but with travel as the role requires). 

Salary: £28,500 - £30,500

Supporter Care Coordinator

As our Supporter Care Coordinator you will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our valued Crusaders Associates, those who have been on the journey of supporting Urban Saints since we were known as Crusaders.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional supporter experiences, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enquiries, and maintaining high standards of data integrity. Your work will help continue and build lasting relationships that inspire ongoing support for our mission from those who have journeyed with us over many years.

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week

Location:

Hybrid (home-based but with regular travel required to visit supporters and to supporter events across the UK) 

Salary:

£15,300-£17,100 per annum (£25,500-£28,500 FTE)

Opportunity to join the Board of Trustees

Urban Saints are at an exciting point of their ministry.  We are looking for new individuals to join the Board of Trustees, who have a passion for reaching young people and reflecting the love of Jesus. The Board of Trustees is a dedicated team who serve Urban Saints, providing insight and holding the team to account. They are responsible under the governing documents for overseeing the management and administration of Urban Saints. They bring strategic thinking, creative vision and sound judgement to governance decisions, helping to keep the whole ministry accountable to our mission, vision, and values.
