PA to the CEO & Company Secretary

We are looking for someone who is organised, can work independently and who has good administration and communication skills. The role will support the CEO and the Board Company Secretary. They will often act as the first point of contact for the CEO and Company Secretary for both employees and external contacts.

The role will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of the team at Urban Saints to enable the Leadership Team and Board to work effectively as they set the direction of the organisation for the future, in seeking to be more effective in reaching young people and walking with them in their faith journey.

Location: Hybrid (primarily work from home, and occasionally at Urban Saints Support Centre, Crescent Road, Luton)
Hours: Part time (20 hours / week)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 p/a pro-rata (depending on experience)

National Fundraising Manager

We are searching for a passionate, motivated, and influential Fundraising Manager looking to use their existing fundraising skills and management experience to make a significant difference to the youth in the UK. You will be highly relational and have proven experience in fundraising, managing teams and working with senior leadership. 

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Urban Saints and deliver a variety of income generating projects as we strive to grow our mission and transform young lives for Jesus across the UK. As the National Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for all fundraising activities throughout the organisation; including, the cultivation of new and existing supporters, legacy commitments, local and National events and overall income generation. 

Urban Saints is in the process of reviewing its current approach to fulfilling its mission and is looking for a dynamic, motivated fundraiser who is able to build upon the existing supporter and donor base so that the ministry can fulfil its ambitions for the future. If you are passionate about youth, are self-motivated and enthusiastic, and have a desire to work in a medium size, innovative charity, we would love to hear from you. 

Location: Hybrid (primarily work from home, and occasionally at Urban Saints Support Centre, Crescent Road, Luton)
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours / week)

Regional Prayer Coordinators

Prayer is already at the heart of everything we do but we sense a strong call from God to grow this area of our ministry, raising up increasing prayer cover for the 1000’s of young people and leaders we serve across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for people who love prayer, are highly organised and want to make an impact at a regional level. You will bring the best out of a region in prayer, and be responsible for the support, delivery and development of prayer and prayer groups across a region.

We are particularly looking for Regional Prayer Coordinators to cover the following regions:

Location: Home based
Hours: Part time
Remuneration: Voluntary
