NEWS - What's happened in October

IMPACT TEAM AWAY

The Impact Team took a few days away to dream big about what God may do in the UK.
We prayed, shared what was working well and some of the challenges our volunteers and we face in our contexts.
We had a fantastic time to be 'team' and to remind ourselves of the bigger impact Urban Saints has beyond our roles.

DIAMONDS GLASGOW

Becca had a wonderful time speaking at Diamonds Glasgow event for teenage girls. Diamonds celebrates what it is to be women of God, and is a great opportunity for girls to invite their friends to share ideas, crafts and explore faith in a relevant way.

Diamonds will be planning more events in the next few months, so if you are interested in finding out more please visit their website https://diamondsscotland.org.uk/

CAMPS LEADERS CONFERENCE

We represented Spree in the Borders at the Urban Saints Camps Leaders Conference in Coventry. It was a place to celebrate the similarities and uniqueness of Camps across the UK.
We heard stories of lives transformed through Urban Saints Camps, and it was a blessing to gather together to share what God has done this year through these discipleship opportunities.

This month let's pray that God will embolden our young people to proclaim the truth to their friends.

Matthew 12:18
"Look at my servant, whom I have chosen. He is my beloved, who pleases me. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations."
