March 29th has always been a special day for Urban Saints. It is the date the movement first began, when the handful of Crusader Classes joined together to become a Union in 1906. On the 113th birthday of this Union (when we once again 'become a teenager', so to speak), we wanted to share some further news about how the movement is changing.
Organisations like Urban Saints need to constantly refresh and refocus. Eighteen months ago, we refreshed the strategy, with a stronger emphasis on discipleship in local weekly groups. Since then we have planted a number of new Groups as well as continuing to support many hundreds of groups and churches all across the UK and Ireland.

However, the first step is to update the Urban Saints logo.
There were several things we wanted to include in the revised logo:
We will start to use this updated version of the logo from this summer and we'll be exploring how we use the logo and new brand in local Groups, Camps, Overseas Adventures and other ministries between now and the Autumn. There will be a set of brand guidelines available after September for anyone wishing to use the new Urban Saints brand so watch this space for further details.
