Two years ago today we ran the first online Zoom based ‘All Inclusive?’ training session, responding to the need to take our additional needs training online as a response to the pandemic lockdowns.
 
In the two years since we’ve run 56 online training sessions, across five different training courses, equipping almost 600 leaders with the knowledge, skills and inspiration to create accessibility, inclusion and belonging for all children and young people with additional needs throughout the UK and Ireland.
 
While this year we’ve also been providing in-building training sessions, we’ve continued to offer online training too, and this continues to be a successful model providing participants with a full-colour A4 training workbook, a playlist of supporting videos, and the online Zoom training session itself.
