We've added a new devotional series called "What next?" to Grow - the mobile app that combines social media with inspiring Christian content - that we believe will be very useful for any young people who make their first steps of faith this summer.
"What next?" helps young people explore the new world of being a Christian, including understanding God's big story, the importance of Church and Christian community and sharing the Good News with others. The series has been adapted from a Gospel response booklet - also called "What next?" - that was produced for Spree South West. However, it is suitable for any young people who become Christians this summer (or beyond) and so is well worth checking out if members of your Group or young people who have been away on Camps make a first time commitment to Jesus.
If you've yet to discover Grow, think of it as a cross between the YouVersion Bible app and Instagram and you can download it from your chose App Store. Grow also has other devotional series from Urban Saints as well as other churches and organisations too and is a safe, inspiring space for young people to explore faith, share with their friends and connect with others. We are planning to add more series over the next few months, including devotionals that specifically follow-on from sessions on Energize. Plus, if you are a youth leader you can create and share your own devotionals on Grow - using the Grow studio software - allowing you to follow-up on your weekly sessions in a new way.
