Charlie Morris addresses the Urban Saints Scotland 90th anniversary dinner in Glasgow

Celebrating 90 years

23rd Oct 2017

The Urban Saints Scotland team enjoyed connecting with friends old and new, at the 90th Celebration Dinner in Glasgow.

With talks from long time volunteers and lots of photos and memorabilia, it was a fantastic opportunity to look back and celebrate the legacy of 90 years of youth work across Scotland.

As well as celebrating where Urban Saints has come from, time was taken to thank Charlie Morris for all the work he has done for Urban Saints over the past 9 years and to welcome our new Impact Team leader, Becca Ambrose.

Looking to the future, CEO Richard Langmead presented his vision of the next chapter, with a vision for Scottish groups to be connected, valued and supported.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and supported this event, celebrating the past, present and future of Urban Saints with us.

“I found the display of photos and materials helpful and informative. I was inspired by the CEO’s visions and the stories of long-serving volunteers. This is an organisation with rich legacy and exciting potential.”
