Spree FAQs for Group Leaders

Updated: 31st March 2020

These FAQs are designed to answer the main questions that Group Leaders might have relating to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19). They will be regularly reviewed and updated but are correct as at the date stated above.

In response to the advice of the Prime Minister on March 23rd, it is with great regret that we have taken the decision not to run Urban Saints' Sprees in 2020.

Why have we cancelled Spree?

Following on from the Government announcement on Monday 23rd March, when the Prime Minister has called on us all to suspend all social activities and stay at home wherever possible, we believe that it is no longer wise or realistic to run our Sprees this summer. And so, it is with great regret that we have taken the decision to postpone the Urban Saints' Sprees until 2021

As Urban Saints have cancelled Spree, will Groups receive refunds?

All fees will be refunded. One of the team from the Spree you were booked into will be in touch over the coming weeks to arrange this.

Will Spree be back in 2021?

Yes! We are planning to release our 2021 dates just as soon as we are able to.

Will I be able to take my group away in 2020?

We remain totally committed to providing discipleship opportunities through residential ministry whilst recognising that the safety of all those on our Camps is of paramount importance.  If it’s safe to run a camp, we will!  However, we recognise this is a period of unprecedented uncertainty and so if you would like to be kept up to date with our plans during this period then please drop us an email and we’ll keep you in the loop.

If you have any further questions relating to the Spree you or your Group had booked onto, please contact the main leader of that Spree (as detailed on the event's web page)
