Overseas adventures for youth and school groups that will transform lives.
The journey is far more important than the destination...
Urban Saints is passionate about empowering group leaders to take their young people on cultural adventures of discovery, that deepen their relationships with each other and with God, and challenge them to live justly wherever they are in the world.
Each 10 to 14 day overseas adventure acts as the pivot point for a longer two to four year journey for each young person in your group. Wherever you head to, we’re confident that your group members will have been set on a course to greater depth of faith and an understanding of and heart for justice – both overseas and in their own communities.
We aim to ensure that we meet the best practices and operate within ethical guidelines across all of our Overseas Trips. We operate within ATOL Guidelines and we are recognised by Global Connections as operating under the Code of Best Practice in Short-Term Mission 2019 and 2020.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR ADVENTURE
Each overseas adventure offers the same core values:
Each overseas adventure includes a central project – an opportunity to serve in a local community to bring lasting change. You’ll find yourselves challenged to rethink what you believe about the world and the injustices and inequalities that exist. Find out more
Immerse yourselves in a whole other world as you experience the sights, sounds, smells and even the local food. You’ll meet people whose language, culture and attitude will teach you as much as you learn from anything you do overseas.
Each overseas adventure will help you grow together as a group and better understand yourself and each other. What you experience will cause you to respond, reflect and discuss together – and we’ll all learn how we can put what we’ve experienced into practice back home.
What’s the impact of your adventure?
The community… will benefit from a definable project such as building, renovation or tree planting. Projects are developed and implemented in partnership with locals and other organisations. This approach ensures that projects are part of a long-term development programme.
Your group… will grow closer together as they encourage and spur one another on to explore faith and serve the community and each other.
Your young people… will have a positive experience of adventurous living while being faced with a lifestyle challenge that should lead to a longer-term lifestyle change. They’ll learn to live out what they’ve experienced – launching into the world to make a difference!
You and your leaders… will have the opportunity to journey with and invest in your group. You will experience the benefits of this intensive and intentional investment of discipleship acceleration.
