Theme of the Day: Growing
Welcome to Day 2 of Camp in a Box! Today we'll draw our lesson from the parable of the Mustard Seed in Matthew 13:31-32. During this session we will focus on how we can grow strong roots by keeping Jesus and His word at the centre of our lives.
The main sessions of the day are presented in two videos. The first session, called ‘Kick Start’ is a video introduction to the theme of the day. The second is called ‘Together Time’ and includes fun games, entertaining interviews, a story or reading from scripture and a section to process what we have learnt.
There is a surplus of awesome activities planned for today, to both keep the kids engaged and to highlight the theme of the day. Make sure you start your day the right way with some of Auntie Jean's porridge, and why not spend some time outside creating a mini garden?
