After the sucess of the sticky faith tour last term (in partnership with Scripture Union) we are delighted to announce we are putting on some more dates for this term and launching a new tour called transforming lives
Regenerate is an opportunity for anyone who is involved in children's and youth work, full or part time, paid or voluntary, to get together with others doing similar work. Urban Saints are in partnership with Scripture Union to put on Regenerate throughout the year.
When Becky joined the Spree Service Crew in 2008, little did she know that within four years, she'd be running it! This wonderful young woman shares some of her "hi-vis-jacket-wearing" story...

ReBuild 2013
JULY 2012
Due to the overwhelming response to the 2012 mission trips, bookings are now being taken for ReBuild Mexico 2013!
Mexico 2013
Sat 30th March to Tue 9th April 2013
Thu 4th April to Sun 14th April 2013
The fundraising target for ReBuild Mexico 2013 is: 1,250GBP per person.
Urban Saints and Fusion are teaming up to launch a Student Linkup North East tour in the second week of July!
Churches from across North East England will host preparation for uni events to see local young people ready to hit the ground running as confident men and women of Christ come freshers week!
Tour dates are developed in partnership with local church/es with half day, full day and evening events incorporating teaching, discussion, prayer, worship and practical preparation. This is a great opportunity for local churches to work together and some locations may even include school activities too!
The tour will run from 9th - 13th July. Are you interested in hosting a tour date in your town? Pippa or Richard would love to hear from you!
It's been a tough year for Urban Saints, as like all charities we are feeling the pinch. We are incredibly grateful to all of our financial supporters, but are constantly on the lookout for new ways of raising money. One such way you can help is by doing your online shopping through Easy Fundraising.
'Clusters' are geographical areas with a number of Urban Saints groups, churches and other Christian organisations working together to help children live lives of faith hope and love. In the North East, we have six clusters, and their aims are threefold:
To serve and support our groups more effectively
To enlarge the Kingdom of God through partnership working
To promote the wider ministry of Urban Saints.
On a national level, Phil Hulks is now the Cluster Development Director, ensuring that every cluster has access to Urban Saints experiences that guarantee Riotous Fun, Adventurous Faith, Genuine Friendship and Life in all it's Fullness. But how does it work in practice?
Has the credit crunch made an impact on your ministry? Are young people and leaders being prevented from taking part in activities because of cost? Well, we may just have the answer.
We're really excited about next year's 'ReBuild' mission trip. The 2010 experience was amazing but don't take our word for it - hear it from those who were there!
