The 'Refresh Days', held at Kestin House in Luton, are a combination of creative prayer, uplifting worship, inspiring teaching & great fellowship. They run between 10am and 4pm, are open to any members of the movement who are free to join us and usually involve a tasty lunch! They are led by various members of the Urban Saints team as well as guest speakers from a range of different Christian backgrounds - often members of other missionary movements - but all with great stories of what God is doing and what he is saying to us.

The dates for the upcoming 2010 Refresh Days are:

Wednesday 14th July - Sharon Prior (Catalyst Training)
Thursday 18th November - Rachel Hickson (Heartcry)
