We are recruiting a part-time HR Manager to be based at the Urban Saints Support Centre in Luton. This standalone role provides the HR function for a team of 50 staff including remote workers and multi site teams.

No two days are the same, juggling recruitment, staffing issues, advising on legislation, job evaluation, change management, being a listening ear, etc.
We are now looking for someone who can support the existing HR function. but also take it to the next level across the team, focusing on people’s strengths, looking at organisational structure, learning as an organisation and working towards IIP.
The ideal candidate will have solid generalist HR experience, be a chartered member of CIPD (or equivalent), and have proven ability to deliver HR at an operational and strategic level.
20 hours per week; Salary £13,150-£15,000pa
