There are some major changes taking place in the Urban Saints activities programme.
All activities, including CRUSOE, will be primarily developed from the grass roots instead of from the Support Centre.  This means that Groups, Regions and Nations will be involved in planning activities and deciding where to go on their overseas mission trips.  Future activities will need to be group-centric, i.e. there primarily to serve groups, to include specific opportunities and roles for emerging leaders (16s to 25s) and to be financially self funding.

New activities will be launched in 2010.  There are likely to be CRUSOE-style Community Projects from Ireland and Scotland, plus two from England, to Romania and Moldova.
