Re:Act 2008, working in partnership with Hope 08, was huge - so let's see what God will do in 2009! Following the fantastic time we had on Re:Act this summer we are delighted to announce that we will be running at least one Re:Act tour again in 2009. The dates for Re:Act 2009 will be from the 24th July to 3rd August. Details regarding specific locations will be announced early next year.
We were blown away by the amazing things we saw God do through Re:Act this summer and we are believing God for another great 11 days next summer.
To book your place on next year’s Re:Act please download the flyer and application form and return it to us as soon as possible. Please also feel free to forward this link to your friends and encourage them to book up.
What is a 10-day Re:Act experience like?
Re:Act starts on a Friday as you head to the training venue for 4 days of intensive training.
Find out about God as your heavenly father, and get ready for the task ahead.
Join with 7 or 8 others in a small group to pray and support each other.
Learn how to share your faith.
Learn how to do all sorts of practical tasks, such as hair braiding and face painting.
On the Tuesday you will travel with the rest of the team - about 40 young people, a band, technicians, road crew, an evangelist etc. to the first of 6 towns where you will work with people from local churches helping to run a spectacular Family Fun Day, reaching out to the community with God's love.
Each Fun Day is followed by an evening "Church Outdoors", where people will hear about God's care for them and be given the opportunity to respond for prayer, to find out more, or to be put in touch with a church in their area.
Re:Act finishes on the following Monday with an evaluation day to reflect on all you have seen God do. |
