New Life Church in Hull are on the hunt for a new Youth Pastor. Urban Saints have been connected with New Life for the last five years, and the band from the church has played at several of our events including SPREE North in 2009.
New Life Church in Hull is a vibrant and growing city church of 500 gathered from a membership across East Yorkshire, meeting in four locations, with more locations being planted each year. New Life is a Pentecostal, Spirit filled Church with a passion to see God’s power and presence impact thousands across the region, nation and world.
They are looking for a Youth Pastor to oversee and run the growing youth work, currently organised into three different groups consisting of around 60 aged 12-18. The salary is £15,000.

Job description would include:
Pastoral care for youth
Running youth services, clubs and outreaches
Able to initiate schools work and community projects.
Mission trips and events
Starting new youth initiatives across East Yorkshire in conjunction with new congregations established by New Life.
Possible development of small groups for 18+ age group throughout the church.
Any applicant should be:
Capable of the pastoral care, mentoring and development of young people, willing to open their home and lives to invest in the lives of young people.
Public communication skills, preaching and teaching
A team player, but able to be self motivated.
Faithful, competent with good references from previous/current church.
Seeking to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and capable of teaching others to.
A heart for worship and the moving of God’s Spirit.
Previous experience vital.
